YoungLives is like Young Life - only for teen moms. My mom and a group of us from FMS volunteered at one of the week long camps a couple of years ago and I wrote about it here.
Since October, an amazing group of women and I have been working hard and planning for YoungLives to start up in Austin. We held a fundraiser selling gently-used formal dresses. We ended up with over 450 donated dresses and sold quite a few of those. We start up our first 'club' next week where we will invite teen moms to come with thier babies and have a great time being teenagers!
