In just over a month we leave for our Europe vacation!!! It seems like we have been planning for months now. Rick Steves has helped out a lot. I think there is one of his books in every room of our house.
There is still lots to do - like trying to figure out how I'm going to pack 3 weeks worth of clothes/toiletries into 1 carry-on bag. Its a challenge, but I'm up for it.
Our trip may resemble parts of The Amazing Race (e.g. sleeping on a night train from Paris to Venice) but we are getting to spend time in every city we wanted to see - this is definitely our dream trip!!
Here's the itinerary:
London - Paris - Venice - Rome - Florence - Cinque Terre - Barcelona - Madrid...whew!!
