Another Wisconsin Weddding

We headed up north for yet another wedding!! Cathy, Kyle's cousin, got married in Wisconsin. I forgot my camera at my parent's house (see last blog entry) so I dont have any pictures. We had a great time seeing family that we don't normally get to spend time with.

The ceremony was outside at a beautiful country club and the weather was a nice break from the record-braking heat we've been having in Austin. Kyle had venison at the reception, which was really good. I would have enjoyed my chicken, but was distracted by a green M&M being lauched at my face and subsequently hitting my face. Shock followed then dirty looks followed. Okay, so it was some drunk lady trying to hit someone else, but still - very inappropriate. Other than the M&M attack, the wedding was loads of fun and a great time with family.

The Wisconsin democratic convention was being held at our hotel, so we kept our eyes peeled for Obama. He didnt show - bummer!
